A Table for One — Plate Holder

€350.00

David Marshall, Spain.
Cast brass plate holder.

Originally conceived as part of a complete table arrangement, this sculptural brass support isolates the plate as an object of display rather than simple service. Its curved structure and heavy cast form create a quiet tension between function and ornament.

Visible traces of oxidation, irregularities, and surface marks reinforce the physical presence of the piece and the character of its material. Designed to hold a plate upright, but equally able to exist as a standalone sculptural form.

Heavy in presence, the object carries the weight of its material.
Functional, but not only.
A domestic support transformed into a small architectural gesture.

Approx. 35 cm.
