Sculptural human hair pieces with wooden handles, material exploration by Vigo Leonarte

Each piece begins with a found handle, chosen for its material memory, patina, and presence.
Stone and bone: each structure carries its own past.

The original form is preserved. No two structures are identical.

The bristle is replaced with human hair, dyed and composed in a controlled gradient.
The gesture is deliberate, neither decorative nor ironic.

Each Quiet Brush is entirely handmade.
Variations in texture, density, and tone are intentional and integral to the work.

A domestic object displaced.
A ritual interrupted.
A presence installed.
