First Arrangement
of The Quiet Objects
Paris —
June 25, 2026.
First Arrangement of The Quiet Objects presents a selection of pieces developed by Vigo Leonarte through image, gesture, and material intervention in collaboration with hair stylist Rimi Ura.
Domestic forms are subtly displaced through the presence of hair — brushes, mirrors, and seating objects become suspended somewhere between function, ornament, and psychological presence.
Some pieces are available for acquisition during this private presentation. Others appear as previews of larger works still in development.
The Silent Guest I
Vintage chrome dining chair, velvet upholstery, and synthetic hair.
Developed in collaboration with hair stylist Rimi Ura.
The Hair Chair transform familiar dining furniture into a more theatrical and sculptural domestic presence. Defined by their long cascading hair composition fading from deep blue to pale blonde, the pieces balance softness, ornament, and visual tension against the rigid chrome structure and velvet surfaces.
Seen from the back, the chairs shift almost entirely into hair-like forms, blurring the boundary between furniture, body, and installation. Their repetitive presence creates a stronger spatial and emotional impact when gathered together, allowing the pieces to function both individually and as a collective arrangement.
Part of an evolving series exploring hair as architectural surface and emotional material.
Exhibition piece presented as part of Edition I.
Approx. 80 × 50 × 55 cmThe Hair Mirror I
Vintage Murano wall mirror and human hair.
Developed in collaboration with hair stylist Rimi Ura.
The Hair Mirror I marks the beginning of an evolving series exploring the transformation of vintage mirrors through human hair composition. Built from an ornate Murano wall mirror and long blonde human hair, the piece balances decorative refinement with a more emotional and sculptural presence. The transparency of the floral Murano structure contrasts with the density and movement of the hair, shifting the object between domestic ornament and ritual form.
Designed to be wall-mounted. Preserving subtle traces of time and irregularity, each piece remains unique.
